Returning an item
Please request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Size exchanges
We are happy to help with a size exchange when stock allows.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please contact us promptly with photos and we will make it right.
Return costs
Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Because orders are paid by cash on delivery, there is no card to credit. We will refund you by bank transfer or mobile wallet (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) using the account details you send us when you request the return.
Items that may not be returnable
Unstitched fabric that has been cut may not be returnable.
